You can now redeem your My Deals voucher offline or online.

Offline redemption (Swipe & Barcode redemption)

For My Deals near me (e.g. fast food, snacks, drinks, services, etc.), there are 2 ways to redeem the vouchers as shown below.

1. Access My Deals voucher from homepage:

Select 10% ShopeePay Cashback Home Circle > Select My Vouchers > Select My Deals and choose the deals you would like to redeem > Swipe To Redeem when you are at the Merchant’s outlet > Search and select the merchant’s outlet that you would like to redeem the deals at.

2. Access My Deals voucher from Me page

Shopee Homepage > select Me > select Digital Purchases > select ShopeePay Near Me > Select My Vouchers > Select My Deals > Swipe To Redeem when you are at the Merchant’s outlet > Search and select the merchant’s outlet that you would like to redeem the deals at.

⚠️Note

• The outlet staff will assist to swipe the slider and select the correct location or scan the barcode to redeem the voucher.
• Vouchers redeemed by customers themselves, rather than by outlet staff, will not be eligible for reinstatement.

Online redemption (Text code)

For Transport (e.g. TADA, Gojek, etc.) and Food Delivery (e.g. Foodpanda, WhyQ, etc.), there are 2 ways to redeem the vouchers.

1. Access the My Deals voucher from homepage:

Select 10% ShopeePay Cashback Home Circle > Select My Vouchers > Select My Deals > Select Redeem > Select Copy and apply the deal code accordingly.

You may apply the voucher upon checkout on the selected product based on vouchers’ T&C.

2. Access the My Deals voucher from Me page

Shopee Homepage > Select Me > Select Digital Purchases > Select ShopeePay Near Me > Select My Vouchers > Select My Deals > Select Redeem > Select Copy and apply the deal code accordingly.

⚠️Note

Barcode deal vouchers are currently unavailable

Terms and conditions on Digital Product redemption:

• All My Deals voucher purchased are strictly non-refundable
• For offline redemption, My Deals voucher swiped and redeemed by customers, and not by outlet staff will not be reinstated
• My Deals voucher must be claimed fully, and no partial claim is allowed
• Any unutilized voucher value will be forfeited and will not be refunded
• If the voucher code is shown as "Code does not exist / Redeemed / Expired", check with merchant for help regarding the error.
